MSAG’s OD and Training Methodology

MSAG designs and implements training solutions based on our Learning Solutions Process (LSP) This unique methodology integrates the ADDIE model with Dr. Khan’s eight-dimensional framework for the comprehensive planning and evaluation of learning programs that considers pedagogical, technological, interface design, evaluation, management, resource support, ethical, and institutional dimensions. This framework proves to be an invaluable tool in providing careful organization-wide analysis of the current situation and of the future requirements and thereby increases the value and utility of resulting recommendations.
